Luxury watch brand Jacob & Co. has collaborated with soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo yet again, this time to create a bespoke version of the Caviar Flying Tourbillon. This comes a few months after the collaboration spawned two new CR7 watches, which many fans believed were designed to troll Manchester United – the Portuguese athlete’s former club. Interestingly, the new unique timepiece celebrates Ronaldo’s move to the Saudi Arabian Football Club Al Nassr. Reportedly, he signed for the Middle Eastern soccer club on a contract worth $214 million. The soccer icon was even pictured flying in a private jet to his new home in Saudi Arabia in which he can be seen wearing the new one-of-a-watch.

Till now, we’ve seen several different versions of Jacob & Co.’s jewel-encrusted Caviar Flying Tourbillon timepiece, adorned with precious and rare gemstones such as diamonds, sapphires, or rubies. However, the version created for Cristiano Ronaldo is in deep green as a nod to Saudi Arabia’s flag. While you may mistake the green gemstone for emeralds, it’s actually tsavorite stones. According to the watchmaker, tsavorite stones are 200 times rarer than emeralds, which makes the timepiece really special.
